Installation and Maintenance for Electric Generators
In Proincomm we have either Gas or Diesel Electric generators UPS with ratings that vary from 10 KW to 1,000KW; they also include and harmonic boxes made to measure each UPS according to current laws. Our specialists provide the maintenance that each trademark requires.
In each one of
our services, our personnel register the functioning conditions and all
the rectifications that were carried out. This document is delivered to
the corresponding area once the service is complete.
Preventive Maintenance
Is recommended to carry it out monthly. Spots to be checked:
1.-) A general verification and testing
2.-) Verification of the Voltage and a revision of the output frequency of the generator
3.-) Visual Inspection and checking for loose connectors
4.-) Inspection of the equipment
5.-) Filter replacement
6.-) Oil replacement
7.-) General cleaning of the equipment
Corrective Maintenance
It is recommended to carry it out whenever necessary. Spots to be checked:
1.-) Diagnostic
2.-) Replacement of elements that are not working properly
3.-) Fixing of damages
